my eyes play tricks on me
of things I cannot see
hallucinations they become
of a past I can’t run from.
Distractions is their goal
Don’t focus
Just follow.
Their game is never fair
Win or lose
they are always there.
Caught in their spider webs
waiting for the end
no way you can escape now
they control you now.
