The sound of time never ending in my mind
An infinite clock that doesn’t want to stop.
Bury it down like the sands of time,
Is the hourglass half full?
Or am I wasting my time?

Do I even have a shot?
The sandman is creeping as I start to drift off.

How much time has gone by?
The last time I checked it was dark outside.

The sun is coming up,
Did I really go to sleep?
Or am I making this up?

Time to get up,
Another long day with the infinite clock.
